Bright Luxury Penthouse with Amazing Views

bell' appartamento comodo. spazioso e in ottima posizione Positive: Bellissimo appartamento molto confortevole, pulito, cucina dotata di tutti gli accessori occorrenti per cucinare, ampio soggiorno con enorme tv e impianto hifi. Bellissima vista sui palazzi circostanti e ottima posizione vicino al centro e alla stazione principale. Spiegazioni del proprietario esauriente e semplici; nel complesso è stato un ottimo soggiorno Negative: La seconda camera, anche se comoda, era ricavata da un ripostiglio quindi piccola e senza finestre. In questa camera il rumore dell'impianto di aspirazione aria ( non riscaldamento) per una notte è stato troppo forte e fastidioso, per fortuna nelle altre notti il rumore si è ridotto consentendoci di dormire bene

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here. The staff were friendly and helpf Positive: I really liked the location. It was very convenient and easy to get around using public transport. The staff were also incredibly helpful. Especially Luu. She went above and beyond during my checkin even staying awake to make sure I could get the key and understand the instructions. I really appreciated her kindness and thoughtfulness. Overall, a great experience! Negative: The only thing we found a little inconvenient was that the lift only goes up to Level 9 while our room was on Level 10 so we had to use the stairs for the last floor. We understand its only one level but as we had quite alot of luggages carrying everything up the stairs was a little difficult and tiring.Other than that, everything was good and we had a pleasant stay.

Positive: View. Location. Comfort. Negative: Second room wasn't a room and that wasmt declared on the Booking.com ad and probably ought to be. Its still ok though.
